Chondra Profit Ardrey is a big-hearted, bold and brave entrepreneur and Broadway veteran; a wife and mom; producer and director, whose passions and skills run the gamut.  As a toddler, while watching her mother direct stage plays, Chondra fell in love with the arts. That love increased and was further nurtured as she attended The San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts (SDSCPA). Chondra went on to receive her BFA from The American Music of Dramatic Academy of the Arts (AMDA). With no end in sight, Chondra has been performing on Broadway for over a decade and is best known for her role as “Queen Sarabi” in

Disney’s The Lion King.

She is the founder and co-producer of Lights Out On Broadway, an interactive soulful musical experience, shared in comfortable, judgment-free space. Chondra is also very passionate about the advancement and development of youth.  She is director of operations for many teen programs all over the world, such as: Be-YOU-Tiful Foundation, which promotes young ladies to just BE-YOU; Runway Rhythms, which teaches the core fundamentals of modeling, etiquette and public speaking; Talent Award Association (TAA), which helps youth recognize their talents and how to take them to its highest level.

Two other great passions of Chondra’s are Cali Girl EVENTS, where she is the lead event producer and produces amazing and unforgettable intimate events and Cali Girl INC, a Black-owned, socially-conscious, lifestyle brand that was founded because of the lack of representation in the African-American community.  As founder and creative director of Cali Girl INC, Chondra was affected tremendously by the global pandemic in March 2020.  In addition to Broadway being shut down, Chondra was forced to deal with the many levels of injustice her Black brothers and sisters were experiencing daily. Cali Girl INC promotes positive Black messages into the Black community and celebrates Black excellence and Black culture. Cali Girl INC has become an outlet for People of Color to creatively express their feelings and look great while doing it. #WearYourVoice

“I am unapologetically black and proud,” says Chondra. “Our goal is to celebrate, motivate and educate, our people. To empower Black people by creating products that give you a voice even without speaking.”

Chondra continues to empower people through her youtube videos by bringing all her passions together, including her passion for health and wellness; being a wife and mother along with being an entrepreneur and Broadway performer. The type of videos you'll find on her youtube page are lifestyle videos for mommy's, makeup, and natural hair tutorials, all things being a performing artist, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Chondra also has videos that bring awareness of full-body wellness from physical to mental health.  Chondra says, "I want to inspire women to be the best version of themselves by putting themselves first while still being able to DO IT ALL."
