The Ladies First Chit-Chat Crew is a vibrant talk show that honors the voice of the everyday woman.
With a focus on personal growth, wellness, reinvention, and joy, five dynamic women lead candid, uplifting conversations that resonate with women 35+ navigating life, work, and purpose.
Streaming on Red Coral Universe, "We make room for women to evaluate where they stand and inspire them to take action."
Our Story
The Ladies First Chit-Chat Crew launched on March 28, 2020, as a one-time gathering to uplift women during the pandemic. Creator Nikki Kimbrough felt a deep calling to create space for women to "put yourself first" and reflect on what that truly means.

What began as a single Saturday of support has grown into a global sisterhood led by five dynamic women Nikki Kimbrough, La Shell Wooten, Chondra Profit Ardrey, Crystal James-Goodwin, and Nikki Unbossed, who come together weekly to support women to reflect, connect, and take inspired action.
