The Ladies First Chit-Chat Crew is a vibrant talk show that honors the voice of the everyday woman.
With a focus on personal growth, wellness, reinvention, and joy, five dynamic women lead candid, uplifting conversations that resonate with women 35+ navigating life, work, and purpose.

Our Story
The Ladies First Chit-Chat Crew launched on March 28, 2020, as a one-time gathering to uplift women during the pandemic. Creator Nikki Kimbrough felt a deep calling to create space for women to "put yourself first" and reflect on what that truly means.

What began as a single Saturday of support has grown into a global sisterhood led by five dynamic women Nikki Kimbrough, Lashell Wooten, Chondra Profit Ardrey, Crystal James-Goodwin, and Nikki Unbossed, who come together weekly to help women reflect, connect, and take inspired action.
